This Personal Data Privacy Policy applies to all information that the Auto Tyres, located on the domain name autotyres.md, can receive about the User while using the portal website.
1. General Provisions
1.1. By using the website autotyres.md, the User acknowledges his full agreement with the provisions of the privacy policy and the conditions for the processing of personal data.
1.2. If the User does not agree with the terms set out in the privacy policy, he must stop using the services of the portal.
1.3. Auto Tyres does not check the accuracy of personal data provided by the User.
2. Subject of the privacy policy
2.1. This Privacy Policy establishes the obligations of the Auto Tyres portal to non-disclose and ensure a regime for protecting the confidentiality of personal data that the User provides when registering on the portal website or when placing an order to purchase goods.
2.2. Personal data permitted for processing under this privacy policy is provided by the User by filling out the registration form on the autotyres.md website in the registration section or when placing an order and includes the following information:

2.2.4. Email address (e-mail);

3.2.1. Notifying the User of the portal website about the status of the order;
3.2.2. Providing the User, with his consent, with product updates, special offers, pricing information, newsletters and other information on behalf of the Auto Tyres portal.
4. Methods and terms for processing personal information
4.1. The processing of the User's personal data is carried out without a time limit, in any legal way.
4.2. The User agrees that the Auto Tyres portal has the right to transfer personal data to third parties, in particular, courier services, solely for the purpose of fulfilling and delivering the User’s order placed on the autotyres.md website.
4.3. The User’s personal data may be transferred to authorized public authorities of the Republic of Moldova only on the grounds and in the manner established by the legislation of Moldova.
4.4. The Auto Tyres portal takes the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the User’s personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other unlawful actions of third parties.
5. Obligations of the parties
5.1. The user agrees that he is obliged:
5.1.1. Provide reliable information about your personal data, which may be useful for the provision of portal services;
5.1.2. Update and supplement the provided information about personal data if this information changes.
5.2. The administration of the Auto Tyres portal undertakes to:
5.2.1. Take all possible measures to ensure and maintain the confidentiality of personal information (data) provided by the User;
5.2.2. Delete the User’s personal data immediately upon receipt of an appeal or request to delete it by e-mail: it@autotyres.md
6. Responsibility of the parties
6.1. The administration of the Auto Tyres portal is responsible for the intentional disclosure of personal data of the Portal User in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Moldova.
6.2. In the event of loss or disclosure of confidential User data, the Auto Tyres portal is not responsible if this data:
6.2.1. Became publicly available earlier;
6.2.2. Received from third parties before they were received by representatives of the Auto Tyres portal;
6.2.3. Were disclosed with the consent of the User;
6.2.4. Were obtained by third parties through unauthorized access to the Site files.
7. Additional provisions
7.1. The Auto Tyres portal reserves the right to make changes to the provisions of this privacy policy without obtaining the consent of the User.
7.2. The new privacy policy comes into force only from the moment it is posted on the website autotyres.md
